He pays no attention to this ominous feeling, but he does notice that a strange figure is sitting in his usual spot. He does not want to seem rude so he goes over and politely asks the figure if they knew that that was his spot. As he moves closer Zits notices that this figure is actually a girl around his age. He calmly approaches her and instead of skins her about his spot, Zits decides to ask if he could Join her.

This mystery woman is Calculate, from Saint Lully’s School for Girls. Trying to fit into her new society Calculate gladly agrees to have some company. Once they have their drinks the two young thinkers begin a rather thoughtful and inquisitive discussion that begins with one simple question. How was your childhood? He honestly did not know how to answer this simple question. He began his story with the many foster homes that he had lived in. He used very vivid details that made the story seem even more realistic that it was. He explained that being raised in such awful conditions made him the person that he was. He contemplated his past before continuing the story. Zits told Calculate about his experience at the bank and how he felt that his action was caused by the lack of parental guidance that he had. Now that he had a real Emily that actually cared for and loved him he stated that he knew his life would change.

After all he had been through Zits knew about and cherished the idea that your childhood makes you who you are. He had a rough and troublesome childhood and that made him rough and troublesome. Now that he could trust again and had a family that he loved he hoped that his life would change. He didn’t want his childhood development ruin his future. After finishing his story, Zits asked Calculate about her childhood. He had noticed that she was very attentive during his story and e wanted to learn what made her that way. Calculate began by explaining to Zits that she came from a different world or background than he did.

She let it slip that her parent’s were wolves and that got Zits’ attention. She began her story with her first steps into Saint Lully’s. She explained that is was a place of beauty that she had never seen before. As she continued, Calculate noted that it was rather hard for her and her sisters to change and adapt to their new life style. She wondered if this idea of childhood development that Zits mentioned had anything to do with that. After concentrating re thoughts Calculate continued her story by describing the different levels of progression that identified each person at the school.

Zits became confused with this concept of labeling skill levels, but he never stopped listening. Calculate then told Zits about her sister, who failed to change, and how she was doomed to live out her life caught between two cultures. While explaining her story, Calculate distinctly and the way she was raised made it very difficult for her to transform and Join this new society that was trying to bring her in. She concluded her story and agreed with Zits and his theory that the way you are raised as a large impact on your future life.

She also wished for the sake of both of them that their respective childhoods would not corrupt how they would live in the future. Once they had both learned a little about each other’s childhood they decided that it was time to leave. Zits had the bright idea that they should meet up again learn a little more about how the other felt towards different topics. Calculate gladly agreed because she wanted to learn more about this strange civilization that she was thrown into. Their first conversation revolved around the issue of early childhood velveteen and how the way you are raised can influence your life.

They discussed their surroundings and how they were taught about things, or the lack of teaching in Zits’ case. This conversation lead too blooming friendship which involved going to the coffee shop once a week Just to drink coffee and talk about life. Zits gained his first true friend and Calculate began to understand her new society. They both gained valuable insight from their visits.
